Stopping Wrinkles in Two Easy Steps

Would it not be better to prevent wrinkle formation rather than try to remove them later? Wrinkle prevention should be started even before the appearance of crow’s feet (the first sign of wrinkle formation!). Your skin care daily routine should, and must, be your lifelong companion for flawless skin.

The first step is making sure that you hydrate your skin from the inside. If you don’t drink enough water to hydrate your skin from the inside, all else will be for naught. For proper skin care, eight to ten glasses of water per day is the minimum requirement.

You’ll also need a good skin cream to moisturize your skin on the outside. Just remember that good skin creams are not always the same thing as expensive skin creams.

Look for creams what contain shea butter or other natural moisturizers. Also, before you buy, check the label for collagen, a very important ingredient. Without sufficient collagen, your skin is more prone to sagging and wrinkles.

There is one additional ingredient that is critical in any good skin cream. Without antioxidants (ie: vitamin A and E), your cream provides no defense against free radicals that form when you go out into the sunlight. It would be better to avoid sunlight all together. Since staying inside all of the time is impossible, never go out without sunscreen.

Preventing wrinkle formation is really not that difficult. It’s something that you’ll have to do every day. In the end, though, you’ll be wrinkle free for many years.
