I live in Cali too! Hawaii is closer to the equator, so it will be about 80 degrees, but it will be a nice 80 degrees, because even though it is hot, it doesn’t get sticky and humid. Have fun in Hawaii! (In May I’m going to Hawaii also!)
June can be rather warm, but it depends on the weather systems in the area. Our weather is usually very comfortable - mid 80s to lower 90s., tradewinds in the 5-10 mph range. Humidity in June isn’t usually bad, but if the winds are from the South (Kona), then it can get muggy and hazy.
