Souvenir shopping on Oahu: best deals at Aloha swap meet?

luckylab8 asked:

I don’t want to spend too much time shopping, but when you go to Hawaii, you have to bring back the souvenirs for your friends & family, right? Is Aloha Stadium’s swap meet the best place to go for nice stuff at good prices? Are the Mango Marketplace and/or International Market Place worth a visit? Thanks!

IMHO, the Mango market place is better. Aloha seems to be a tourist trap. If you are looking for chocolates, try the costco. They have the best prices in town. ABC stores sometimes have decent deals as well.

it depends what your looking for I find the Aloha swap meet the best they have good deals on luggage, clothes, nuts etc.be careful of the international market place they do have some good bargins but a lot of the jewelery is low grade and over priced

Stay away, far away from The International Market Place, It is anything but Hawaiian, 99% of the stalls there are run and owned by Filipinos.
For and the largest selection on items, Aloha swap meet is the place to go.
