In November, the average air temp is between 71°-84°F. Sometimes, it does feel much cooler, esp in the evenings because of the constant breeze from the north.

Personally, the most pleasant time (temperature wise) is between November and March. In the summer, weather is hotter and much less breeze.

Water temp in November you'd be looking at an average of 79°F

<a href="http://kansieo.com/">Caffeinated Content</a>

November is our winter so temperatures will range between the low 70's to low 80s depending on where you are.

As for the water temperature, our water temperature is dependent on how much sunshine has been present in that area during the day. In general, the water is pretty warm but during the winter, it's the wind when you get out of the water that will make you cold.

Since winter = rain for us, it's gonna be more rainy than in the summer but weather patterns are changing and what was true in the past is not necessarily true now. However, average rainfall will depend on where you are on Oahu too since average winter rainfall for the windward side is close to 1" and on the leeward side closer to 0.2 inches in November.

Hope that helps......
