We went to Oahu in Feb last year & it was great. When we left home it was snowing, and freezing rain. And then we got to paradise. I guess it’s the “off season” because Waikiki beach was not crowded at all and the weather was so perfect! We are planning on a trip to Maui next and we will travel in the size time period.

I wouldn’t recommend nov-feb because there’s a good chance you’ll be here when it’s rainy (like yesterday and today). i think the best times to go are april/may and sept/oct

and there are heaps of places to eat. everywhere you turn.

I’ve been in Jan, Feb, April, May, Oct and Nov and I would say October is the best time to go. The weather is perfect and it’s a great get away from the cold in other parts of the US.
Places to eat…
There are so many but make sure you go to Duke’s. They have great food and great drinks.

I would say whenever it is cold, go to hawaii for the warmth. there is way too many places to eat there. it is a freakin state! eat all over the place!
